With Labels, you assign every tender to a phase, across all saved searches and Deep Researches. Two layers work together.

1. What Emma suggests

Emma pre-sorts automatically:

Emma's Highlights contains every tender Emma has positively pre-selected across all saved searches and Deep Researches.

Emma's Lowlights contains the tenders that match your search profile but that Emma has filtered out. We still show them, so you stay in full control.

Recommendation: Emma's pre-selection is generous, not final. For a reliable assessment, open the tender and ask Emma directly in the chat.

2. What your team decides

From the Highlights and Lowlights, you review and apply labels:

• Relevant / Not relevant – first review

• Qualified / Archived – after closer assessment

• Won / Lost – outcome, for reporting

Labels apply to your entire team. Everyone immediately sees what has already been marked relevant or qualified. No duplicated work, no parallel Excel lists.

Recommendation: To align as a team, simply open all relevant or qualified tenders as a list and go through them together.

All label lists are visible in the overview. A click on any label shows the corresponding list.

Emma learns along: Working with labels pays off twice. We're building Emma to learn automatically from your labels. Once this is live, Emma will also learn from every label set in the past. Your assessment today sharpens Emma's pre-selection tomorrow.
